Elumelu Hails Onyeme at 61, Praises Loyalty and Service to Delta

Immediate past Minority Leader of the House of Representatives, Ndudi Elumelu, has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Monday Onyeme, on his 61st birthday, commending his loyalty and contributions to governance in the state.

 

In a goodwill message issued on Monday, Elumelu expressed gratitude to God for Onyeme’s life, describing him as a dependable leader whose impact continues to be felt across Delta State, particularly among the less privileged.

 

He noted that Onyeme has remained a steadfast and trusted ally to the Delta State Governor, demonstrating unwavering commitment in supporting policies and programmes aimed at advancing development in the state.

 

The former Minority Leader praised the Deputy Governor’s humility, dedication, and commitment to public service, stressing that his efforts in promoting peace, unity, and stability in Delta remain invaluable.

 

Elumelu also lauded Onyeme’s philanthropic activities, noting that his generosity has brought relief and hope to many individuals and communities.

“Your leadership disposition, humility, and unwavering commitment to the growth and development of Delta State stand you out as a worthy partner in governance. Your contributions to peace, unity, and the welfare of our people remain commendable,” he said.

 

He added that he rejoiced with Onyeme on behalf of his family, political associates, and the people of Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, praying for more years of good health and strength for continued service to humanity.

 

Elumelu further wished the Deputy Governor divine guidance and renewed vigour in the discharge of his duties.
